Read your analytics
Analytics shows the metrics each network provides for your connected accounts.
Steps
- Open Analytics.
- Each active account shows its metrics, with the time they were read.
What you see
The metrics come straight from each network, so every network shows a different set:
- Facebook Pages: followers, Page views, post engagement, video views and more.
- Instagram: views, reach, interactions, followers, profile views and more.
- Threads: views, likes, replies, reposts, quotes and followers.
- LinkedIn: metrics for your posts and company Pages.
Reading the numbers
- A missing metric is not zero. If a network didn't return a metric, it is marked as unavailable rather than shown as 0.
- A series is not a total. Some metrics are daily values over a period; they are labelled as a series.
- Partial results. If some calls to a network fail, the metrics that did load are still shown, with a note about the rest.
