Write and publish a post
Write a post once and send it to several accounts. Each account reports its own result.
Steps
- Open Publish.
- Write the post text. The counter shows the character limit of the strictest network you selected.
- Add images or video if you want them.
- Select the accounts. Only active accounts can be selected.
- For each account, choose the format its network offers, such as a regular post, a carousel, a Reel or a story.
- Leave Schedule empty to publish right away, or pick a date and time.
- Select Publish (or Schedule).
The result
Every account returns its own result: published, scheduled or failed, with the reason. Select Open post to see a published post on the network. If one account fails, the others are not affected; fix the cause and publish to that account again.
Mentions
- LinkedIn: type @ and the start of an organization's name, then pick it from the suggestions.
- Instagram: type the person's @handle in the caption.
Each network tags people differently, so with mentions on you select accounts of one network at a time.
Scheduled posts
Scheduled posts appear in History with their send time. You can cancel a scheduled post there before it is sent.
