Answer comments
Read the comments on your posts and reply to them, hide them or delete them without leaving Artima Socials.
Steps
- Find the post's ID. It is shown with the result after you publish, and in History. After publishing you can also select View engagement right away.
- In Engagement, enter the post ID and select Load.
- For each comment you can:
- Reply: write the answer and select Send reply.
- Hide: hide the comment from the public. Unhide shows it again.
- Delete: remove the comment from the network.
Which networks
Comments work for posts on Facebook Pages and Instagram, and for replies to your posts on Threads. What you can do with a comment depends on what its network allows.
Reactions
On Facebook, Load metrics under the comments shows the reactions on the post by type.
